We aim to inspire our pupils to utilise and fulfill their potential in ICT. We educate our pupils to become capable, enthusiastic and confident users of computers who are able to apply their wide range of skills to new software.

In Key Stage 3 we offer our students the opportunity to study for the Award in Digital Applications, which is a GCSE level course from Edexcel. In 2008/9 98% of students were entered for this and all of those achieved a grade C or higher.

In Key Stage 4, our students can opt to further their studies in the subject with an AS level in ICT from the AQA examination board. This study can be continued into Year 12 and lead to the award of the full A level at the end of that year.  Students can also opt to continue with the Diploma in Digital Applications during Key Stage 4, extending their Key Stage 3 qualification to the equivalent of four GCSEs.
